Individual Seat Licensing Now Available in the SmartSearch Professional Edition

In our SmartSearch Professional Edition, user configurations have always been 3 users, 5 users, 10 users, and up in increments of five. How many times have you encountered a situation in which scaling back was more economical than growing out?

Square 9® has heard the increasing demand for single-seat add-on licensing and we have listened. Smaller organizations especially are sometimes weary about making the jump from their 5 user SmartSearch solution directly to a 10 user solution. We alleviated those hesitations by offering single seat licensing add-on above the 5 user bundle. Now companies can go ahead and purchase a 7, 9 or 12 user system or purchase single seat add-on licenses to fit the needs of their organization.

Capture Workflow Performance

It is important to understand the time impact image processing activities within Capture Workflow can have on your scanning process. Remember that documents are unavailable to users until they have been processed by all steps of a given Capture Workflow, and that batches of documents may be queued behind other processes.

Square 9® Offers Free SmartSearch User Training

Last month we announced our new free reseller training program and the response was remarkable. The large majority of our channel partners have contacted us to take advantage of this new program but there was also an overwhelming demand for us to offer a customer focused program as well.
