For example, an accounts payable clerk indexing a vendor invoice might enter only the purchase order number of a previously indexed purchase order and then update the vendor name, order date or cost center by clicking the Data XChange button. • Enhanced Bar Code Support – SmartSearch 2.2.3 now includes support for the popular Code 128 and Codeabar bar code formats. • Duplicate Documents – In response to frequent requests from customers and partners, SmartSearch 2.2.3 now gives users the ability to duplicate documents for archiving in multiple locations. • Feature Access Permissions – SmartSearch 2.2.3 takes document security—always a paramount consideration—up a notch with feature level security.
