Square 9 Support Desk
Square 9 will be extending our help desk hours as of January 23, 2012. You will now have complete access to our support team from 8:30a to 7:30p EST, Monday through Friday each week (excluding holidays). We understand that questions arise after 5:00pm and we want to be here to help. We also want to ensure that our West Coast customers and resellers have the support they need throughout the business day.
Unlike many extended support hours where your call is routed off-shore and typically limited to the creation of a trouble ticket, we will have highly trained engineers standing by to take your questions.
