Square 9 Softworks released its latest version of GlobalSearch, Fall 2022, in late November. The Fall 2022 release offers new features to simplify document-related tasks for users and continues to provide a seamless user experience. The extended security model now includes sign in with Google, an additional third-party identity management provider. In addition, the latest version allows for new levels of customization without needing advanced technical expertise, offers enhancements to extend customized business processes to be more efficient, and improves data layer accessibility.

The Square 9 Professional Services Group has been deploying GlobalSearch Fall 2022 to new customers by default and by request. If your customers have logged any issues known to be addressed in this release, Square 9’s Software Support team will be contacting you individually to discuss upgrade options.

GlobalAction Version 2.2.0 was released to market on February 10, 2020. We’ve launched a multi-engine support to the GlobalAction platform allowing it to scale across multiple servers for highly transactional workflow environments that require extra computing power. With this change GlobalAction has unlimited potential allowing it to be deployed across any Enterprise environment.

As of version 2.2.0, GlobalAction is deployed with GlobalCapture. This deployment shift simplifies GlobalSearch installations that do not have GlobalAction. When installing / upgrading an installation with GlobalAction, the 2.2.0 GlobalCapture installation package will detect GlobalAction and automatically upgrade the environment to the latest version.

GlobalForms Spring 2022 makes web form creation easy. In an ongoing effort to make common tasks simplified, the Spring 2022 release requires NO coding for advanced forms that include data calculations, language localization, conditional values, and much more. Also, made simple is the creation of customized work queues (task lists) that give improved visibility throughout your workflows.

All customers are encouraged to upgrade as soon as possible. Upgrading to GlobalForms Spring 2022 will not require any revisions to previously built forms. Those forms will still work as they currently exist and will not need any attention with this upgrade. The Square 9 Professional Services Group has been deploying GlobalForms Spring 2022 to new customers by default and by request.
