The Role

Square 9 seeks a success-driven, motivated Office Administrator to help the Finance Department with all aspects of daily office operations from mail processing to accounting support. The main responsibilities of this position focus around Order Processing, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Processing.  Order Processing involves detailed contract set up and software licensing fulfillment. The ideal candidate would possess creative thinking and problem solving skills while demonstrating the distinct ability to follow directions and execute projects as requested. This person would be extremely organized, detail oriented and adaptable. The role of the Office Administrator is an exciting, fluid and ever changing position. Square 9 believes in cross training our Administrative Team to prepare for future growth within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel Outlook
  • Previous Experience with Accounts Payable/Account Receivable Transactions Highly Desirable
  • Experience with SalesForce and NetSuite/Oracle  Applications a Plus
