Management™, to help customers streamline contract management through a fully digital platform.
Integrating with DocuSign has allowed Square 9 to further enhance web and mobile document
interactions by providing the ability to seamlessly manage the secured digital signing of documents with recipients outside of an organization. This “hands off” approach to contract management combines
secure digital signatures with structured revision control and advanced workflow capabilities under the combined power of Square 9 and DocuSign.

With this partnership, Square 9 now delivers the ability to manage revisions of a document within its
mobile platform, GlobalSearch, to be sent directly to an outside party for approval. Within a
GlobalSearch workflow, a contract can be routed back to an internal DocuSign user for counter
signature. This allows the the final countersigned agreement to then be routed back to the recipient
automatically for archival in the GlobalSearch platform, with versions incremented and maintained.
Additionally, new workflows may be triggered, allowing other business processes to be activated from
the completed signing step.
By leveraging the GlobalSearch mobility module with DocuSign’s DTM platform, users can streamline
contract completion to realize revenue faster, automate back-end document processing and enhance
customer service with convenient anytime, anywhere, any device signing.
